My family bought Phil's vacation home in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. It was obviously very well taken care of, and all the neighbors remember them well. But the most important way he affected my and my family's life is that after we had bought the home, he stayed in touch. As anyone who buys a home knows, there are countless mysteries and questions that you wish you could ask someone about. Well I could, because Phil gave me his personal number and he answered EVERYTHING. He sent documents, suggested solutions, anything your friend or family member might do for you, he did. Since then I have sold a different house, and I try to be like Phil for that family. Thank you Phil. Phil was also an amazing photographer. He took beautiful, vibrant, emotion-inspiring pictures during his many travels, and we still have some of those on the walls of our home in Florida. One of my greatest hopes is to move to the house we bought from you when our daughter graduates high school. I will miss you.
