Philip Jordan Duncan, 17 months, of Maplesville, Alabama passed away August 25, 2025, at Children's Hospital in Birmingham, AL.
He was born March 25, 2024, in Alabama, son of Philip Duncan and Madison Duncan.
Surviving are his Father, Philip Tyler Duncan; Mother, Madison Duncan; Sister, Bentley Jaymes Duncan; Grandfather, Jim Fredricks; Grandmother, ReDonna Fredricks; Grandfather, Philip Shawn Duncan; Grandmother, Stacey (Andy) Buchanan; Aunt, Dallas (Jamey) Donaldson; Cousins, Eva Driver, Jace Parker Fredricks; A host of grandparents and great grandparents.
He was preceded in death by his Aunt, Allie Jordan Fredricks.
Friends will be received Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Maplesville Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be held Thursday, August 28, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Maplesville Baptist Church with Brother Tater Harrison officiating.
Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Maplesville, Alabama.
