Philip Jubinski Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Philip Jubinski announces his passing on Wednesday November 29, 2023 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by his wife Loretta in 2018; his brother and sister-in-law Stephen and Helen Jubinski; his brother-in-law Michael Yuschak. He will be lovingly remembered by his cherished niece Daria Shierly (Rex Decker) and a treasured grandniece Megan (Adam) Seevers. Philip will also be sadly missed by two sisters Arlene (Don) Adams and Pat Fry; his sister-in-law Marlene Yuschak along with many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. He was a retired employee of IBM. Following retirement he began driving vehicles for dealer trades with the Matthews Auto Group where he greatly enjoyed the road trips. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

I worked for many years in Publications in IBM Owego with Phil and we were the best of friends. We all had nicknames and we called him "Doctor Jub" in reference to his vast knowledge of everyday events. My condolences. Jim DeWan
