Loving grandfather of Brittany Howell, Brianna Howell, Madelyne Howell, and Allison Howell. Proud great-grandfather of Kaiden Howell, Shayne Fabien, and Mia Rose Fiske. Dear brother of Patricia Tucker, Lori Cimino (Peter), Grace Marie Kizelewicz, Robert Lamneck (Allison), Charles Lamneck (Colleen), and the late Dennis Lamneck. Loved by many nieces and nephews.
Philip's life will be honored and remembered privately by his family.
