Phil was also an excellent in home chef and made a fantastic stir fry. Phil loved to go socialize as he grocery shopped and grabbed good quality pet foods at the feed supply. Phil had an infectious laugh and I will dearly miss my friend but so happy to have spent his last days with him and his wife Charlotte. I am a blessed gal for having met Phil and been able to b e part of his world. Thank you Phil as you will always be one of the most memorable characters of my life!
