Philip J. "Phil" Ott

Obituary
Philip Joseph Ott "Phil", age 63, passed away on July 23, 2023 in El Paso, Texas, after a brief illness. Phil grew up in East Lansdowne, PA and attended Lansdowne-Aldan High School. Phil lived and worked in the area until moving out to New Mexico in 2019 to work with his brother Michael. Phil loved kids and enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews and later great-nieces and great-nephews. In New Mexico he was a huge help for Nate and Amanda with their 4 girls, he loved spending time with them. He was always a big kid at heart. Phil was an avid sports fan and loved watching NASCAR and his hometown Phillies, Flyers and 76ers but more than anything, he was a huge Eagles Fan. He also enjoyed fishing. He was predeceased by his father Fillmore J. Ott, Jr., sister Patricia Anne (Ott) Winter, infant sister Edwina, Niece Anne Elizabeth Magowan and nephew Alexander Vincent Ott. He is survived by his mother Carol B. Ott his siblings: Joanne Magowan (Steven), John J. Ott (Joanne), Michael J. Ott and Carol Ott and 4 nieces, 9 nephews and 19 great nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to his Funeral Mass Saturday September 9, 2023 at 10:30am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 430 Valleybrook Rd. Glen Mills, PA 19342. Burial will be private.
