First time I heard Phil play guitar was at his house on Willow Dell with his brother David.He loved to teach and share what he knew.He has departed this Earth but he is alive in our heart's. Through us he will live on.

Most people remember Phil as the awesome musician that he was. He was very gifted in many areas. He was a hell of a pool player. I will never forget the fond memories of shooting a game of pool with Phil at Littles pool room upstairs on bank street in North Adam's. Phil is a legendary Guitar player that I had the fortunate opportunity to travel and play with for a period of time. It was a great ride that Phil created the heart of the music. He will be missed forever, by anyone that knew him. Sad times. R.I.P. my friend.
