PIQUA - Philip Snapp, 78, of Piqua, passed away early Thursday morning, March 12, 2026, at Ohio's Hospice, Troy, after a long illness. Memorial services to honor his life will be held at 12 p.m. Saturday, March 21, at Moore Funeral Home, Covington. Friends may visit with the family from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
