Philip Dale Williams, 76 passed away August, 4, 2011. Son of the late James E. and Thelma (Lepper) Williams, Phil was born July 26, in Indianapolis. He graduated from Tech High school in 1953. A custom home builder and master carpenter, he was president of Quality Construction Corp. In addition, he was a charter member and first president of the Shelby County Home Builders Association. Phil served in the US Navy and was a member of Linwood Christian Church. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife Sharon, Children: David M. (Sherry) Williams, Stephen D. Williams, granddaughters Brittnee and Cassondra Williams, and brother James P. (Jean) Williams. He was preceded in death by his brother Paul Williams. Services will take place Tuesday at 1:00PM at Flanner and Buchanan Funeral center Memorial Park, 9350 E. Washington St. with visitation from 10:00 - 1:00 Tuesday at the funeral center. The family would like to thank the Community home health Care Hospice staff for their kindness and help. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to the Parkinson’s Awareness Association of Central Indiana, 4755 Kingsway Dr. #333 Indianapolis, 46205 or Linwood Christian Church, 4424 E.
