With deep sadness, the family of Phillip E. Hartline announces his passing on December 2, 2025, at Reading Hospital. Born on May 16, 1960, Phillip lived a life marked by kindness, respect, and an unwavering dedication to those he loved.
For 33 years, Phillip shared his life with his beloved girlfriend and best friend, Ann Marie Wolf. Their bond was a source of strength, companionship, and joy, one that reflected his loyal and caring spirit.
Phillip was known for his remarkable work ethic and genuine devotion to others. A proud and longstanding employee of Home Depot, he began his career when the Wyomissing store first opened in 1996. Throughout the years, Phillip became well known not only for his reliability, but also for his sincere commitment to helping customers. He took great pride in making sure everyone who walked through the doors received the guidance, respect, and attention they needed. His dedication was so exceptional that he was once recognized by a local newspaper for his hard work and outstanding service.
Outside of work, Phillip found great joy in sports. He was an enthusiastic Philadelphia sports fan and a devoted supporter of the Philadelphia Eagles, rarely missing a game and celebrating every touchdown with passion.
Phillip will be remembered for his big heart, his quiet strength, and the kindness he showed to both friends and strangers alike. His legacy of service, loyalty, and compassion will continue to live on in all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Though Phillip is no longer with us, the love he shared and the goodness he brought into the world remain. May those memories bring comfort and peace, and may his spirit continue to echo gently through the lives he touched.
