Phillip Howard

Phillip Alan Howard, age 54, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, February 1, 2026 leaving behind family and friends who loved him. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee. He earned the rank of Eagle Scout and had a Bachelor of Science degree in Education. He was a Veteran of the Armed Services and worked at Evans Army Community Hospital at Fort Carson, Colorado Springs, CO as a Radiology Technician for approximately 23 years. He really loved his job and especially the many wonderful people he worked with. He was a beloved Husband, Son, Nephew, and Friend. He had a great passion for martial arts and enjoyed teaching. He was always joking, had a beautiful smile and never missed a chance to tell you that he loved you. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Durward and Nettie Howard and Willard (Bill) and Virginia Dameron. He is survived by his spouse, Febe Howard, beloved Mother, Wanda Dameron, Father, Durward Alan Howard, and multiple Aunts and Uncle, cousins and many friends who became like family to him.
