Phillip T. Malcolm

Phillip T. Malcom, age 53, Galesburg, Illinois died on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at OSF St. Frances Medical Center in Peoria, Illinois. He was born on October 12, 1971 in Galesburg, Illinois the son of Bob and Damaris Jane (Horn) Royce. He attended and graduated from Galesburg High School. He attended and graduated from Carl Sandburg College with honors with an Associate Degree in Accounting. He is survived by mother, Damaris Jane Horn; one sister, Michelle (Rob) Williams of Knoxville, Illinois; one brother, Ronald L. Malcom of Peoria, Illinois; several nieces and nephews. He worked for Caterpillar in Peoria, Illinois for ten years, and then worked for Knox College as a cook. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and trap shooting with his father. Cremation rites will be accorded. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Hurd-Hendricks Funeral Homes & Crematory in Knoxville, Illinois is assisting the family with his wishes.
