Mr. Phillip L. Paskell passed away unexpectedly at Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Magnolia, Arkansas. He was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend. When he was able to work, he was a Pulpwood Contractor.

Mr. Paskell was born in Warren, Arkansas to the late Mr. Jessie Paskell, and the late Ms. Georia Mae Patton on June 02, 1969. He was preceded in death by both parents, two sisters, Ms.Equilla Marie Minton and Ms. Johnnie Mae Thomas.

He is survived by and leaves to cherish his many memories, one daughter, Ms. Phillica Paskell (Shaddi) of Magnolia, Arkansas, three bonus daughters, Ms. Wanda Smith of Hope, Arkansas, Tamika Smith of Stamps, Arkansas, and Natasha Smith of Hope, Arkansas. Four brothers, Mr. Nazaire Minton (Deborah) of Warren, Arkansas, Mr. Quinton Minton (Beverly Ward) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Mr. Charles Paskell of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Mr. Rickey Paskell of Houston, Texas. Four sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Eshun (John) of Houston, Texas, Ms. Berntin Minton of Jacksonville, Arkansas, Mrs. Florence Lawson (Odell) of Arizona and Ms. Patricia Ross of Arizona. Five grandchildren, London Gillard, Bysen Paskell, Serenity Paskell, Karmoni Woods, Ayden Gantt and A host of other grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. A special friend, Ms. Annie Mae Smith.

Mr. Paskell was an avid fisherman. He attended Warren High School and was a proud Warren Lumberjack.

Mr. Paskell's service will be held on Saturday June 21, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. in the Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home Chapel, 415 East First Street, Stamps, Arkansas, A public visitation will be held on Friday, June 20, 2025, in the Hamilton-Davis Funeral Home Chapel, 415 East First Street, Stamps, Arkansas, from 11:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. Interment will be immediately following his service.

Masks are optional but highly recommended because of the risks of COVID and many other illnesses. Please be respectful to the well-being of those you may encounter. Your assistance and respect are greatly appreciated.
