Phillip M Rozier was born in Flint, Michigan on March 24, 1959, and passed away in the comfort of his home surrounded by loved ones, September 15, 2025, at the age of 66. He was born to Raymond Rozier and Shirley Neisler. He graduated in 1977 from Swartz Creek High School. Phillip loved to work with his hands and was a jack of all trades. He began with his own construction company and spent the last 20+ years as an electrician and a member of the IBEW, local 948. He married Linda Rozier (Harper) on October 16th, 1993. He has two sons from a previous marriage: Phillip (Jennifer) Rozier and Jeremy (Marlene) Rozier. He shares two children with Linda, Cassie (Paul) Davidson, and Drew Rozier. His greatest accomplishment was being a Papa to his grandchildren. Phil never met a stranger, and was loved by everyone who knew him, never ceasing to make someone laugh with his goofy humor. He loved classic rock, going to concerts, playing his guitars, keyboard and various other musical instruments. Phil enjoyed traveling and hiking with his wife, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. Phillip was the best father, husband, son, grandfather, uncle, nephew, coworker, and friend one could wish for. Phil is survived by his wife, Linda; his mother, Shirley; his children, Jeremy, Phillip, Cassie, and Drew; his two brothers, Michael and Eric; his sister, Renae and his 8 grandchildren, Katie, Richard, Chloe, Ovi, Emiri, Addison, Cory, and David. He was preceded in death by his brother, David; his father, Raymond; stepmother, Sylvia and stepfather, Jerry.

A celebration of life for Phillip will be held at a later date.
