Timothy was born on December 16, 1960, in Flint, Michigan, to the late Carl and Nora (Wright) Harbin. He attended Swartz Creek High School. Tim spent much of his life working as a mechanic, but his true calling was serving the Lord. He was a devoted Christian, formerly a member of Temple Baptist Church in Lake Orion and most recently a faithful member of Oxbow Lake Baptist Church in White Lake. Tim was deeply involved in church life - always ready to lend a hand, whether during pastoral transitions, soul winning efforts, or wherever help was needed. His faith was unwavering, and he shared a nightly tradition of reading the Bible with his sisters. Music was another central part of Tim's life. He was a talented songwriter and musician who collaborated closely with his partners Duane Harvey and Daniel Nash. Together, they wrote and recorded original music, releasing a CD.Above all, Tim loved his family deeply. He shared a close and meaningful bond with his daughters and grandchildren, who brought him immense joy and pride throughout his life.
Surviving are: Daughters: Rashell (Matthew) Marble, Sr., and Andrea Sjoblom; Grandchildren: Dominic, Jade, Paige, Donavin, Reece, La'Mia, and Jaxson; Sisters: Lynda George, Becky Harbin, and Marsha Harbin; Brother, Marvin (Judy) Harbin; Many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, other family members and dear friends. Tim was also preceded in death by: Daughter, Samantha Harbin; Son in law, Joseph Sjoblom; Siblings: Paul, Nora, SueMae, and Reginald.
