I went to school with Phillip... he was so kind. Had a big heart!! You will be missed by many. My condolences to the family

I first met Phillip at BOCES where I work. Phillip was so kind to our mother. My mother thought a lot of Phillip and would bake him cookies to give him after mowing her lawn. He used to ask her for a big hug and she was like a second mom (Gramma). He was a kind soul and will be missed. Sending prayers to his family during this difficult time.

My condolences and prayers for the family of Phillip. He was a good guy and he helped and visited with my mother. My mother also sends her condolences to Phillip's family.
