Phillip Ray Steele, 82, of Booneville, Arkansas, passed from this life on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at his home near Booneville, Arkansas. He was born February 15, 1943, in Pueblo, Colorado to Loys Bertrand and Eula Syvilla (Levally) Steele.

Phillip was the owner of Steele's Plumbing and Heating and Air in Booneville for many years. He was a member of the Antioch Community Church, Blocker Lodge #217 in Booneville and was a member of the Order Of Eastern Star. He enjoyed farming, ranching, gardening and reading. He taught plumbing school in his shop here for four years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Loys and Eula Steele and a brother-in-law, Ronald J. Morton; and 1 nephew, Heath Morton.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 to 7:00 P.M. at Roberts Funeral Home.

Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 A.M., Thursday, January 15, 2026, at Roberts Memorial Chapel in Booneville, with burial in Antioch Cemetery near Booneville, under the direction of Roberts Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Della Fern Steele of the home; 2 sons, Lyndel Ray Steele of Oklahoma and Tony D. Steele of Oregon; 1 stepson, Johnny Odell Sharp and wife Bethkay of Missouri; 3 daughters, Robin Gay Bowring of Blachard, Oklahoma, Patricia Renee Sharp and husband John of Dibble, Oklahoma, Kristi Sturgell and husband Mike of Blanchard, Oklahoma; 1 stepdaughter, Linda Fern Schroyer and husband Kevin of Booneville; 1 brother, Loys Richard Steele and wife Sharon of Blanchard, Oklahoma; 2 sisters, Sylvilla Ruth Lewis and husband Ron and Virginia Carol Morton both of Blanchard, Oklahoma; 19 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren other relatives and many friends.

Pallbearers: Bill Raggio, Bruce Rogers, Keith Chambers, John Sharp, Allen Ray, Chad Maness.

Honorary Pallbearers: Jaxxon Sharp, Wesley Raggio, Nephews.
