Phillip Eugene Wickliffe, 67, of North Little Rock Arkansas passed away April 29, 2025. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on January 20, 1958 to Leon and Pauline Wickliffe.
Phillip is preceded in death by his father, Leon; brother, Lean Dale Wickliffe, Jr.; nephews, Jason and Shane Wickliffe. He is survived by his children, Jessica Casey and Rachel Nicole, mother, Pauline Wickliffe Cox; brothers, Kenneth Neal Wickliffe, Bryan Mitchell Wickliffe, Anthony Paul Wickliffe (Lori); and a host of family and friends.
Phillip was a kind, loving and giving friend. He was always willing to give the shirt off his back and help in any way he could. He will be missed by many.
Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, May 6, 2025 at Pentecostal Lighthouse Church (16718 MacArthur Drive) with a visitation one hour prior to the service.
