Phoebe was truly a beautiful soul. I noticed last time I saw her with her Mom she had taken a turn for the worst, but she still smiled and never complained. It was such pleasure speaking with her and I'm so sorry she was taken too young. Love to the family.

I met Phoebe when I was at SUNY Broome. She was in most of my classes. I always thought she was so kind and very mature for her age. We graduated and I was moving to Syracuse to start a new job and she was moving to Syracuse to continue her education. Time sure does fly by.
To the parents, family and friends of Phoebe: I´m truly sorry for your loss.

We were not very close, just chatted here and there. There was just one moment before I left the hospital and moved that I will always remember. I spoke to Phoebe and Erin in the breakroom. She saw me crying and said, "It must be very scary, having to move and start a new job." She was one of the few people who really saw me and didn't get uncomfortable and try to brush over my feelings. I appreciated it so much at the time. She was such a kind and empathetic person. Thank you for that, sending my love out to you.
