Phyllis Cadwallader Obituary
Phyllis (Oakerson) Cadwallader, 94, of Modoc, passed away Dec. 2, 2025, at her home.
She is survived by a daughter, Nancy Small; a son, Brad (Tammy) Cadwallader; four grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Ronnie (Sherry) Oakerson, and a sister-in-law, Sonnie Oakerson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Dec. 8 at Sproles Family Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Losantville.
Visitation will be 3-6 p.m., Dec. 7 at the funeral home, and one hour prior to the service on Monday. You may send the family a personal condolence at www.sproles familycares.com.
