Phyllis Capobianco Obituary
She was born in Brooklyn, NY on May 9, 1941 to Dominic and Ines (Gentile) Chiappetta. She grew up in Brooklyn and has lived in the Manchester area since 1971.
She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Henry J. Capobianco in 2019; two children, Lisa Mwangi in 2019 and Vincent Capobianco in 2023; and a brother, Donald Chiappetta in 2024.
Phyllis is survived by two children, Marie Dionne of Bedford and Ines Capobianco and her partner, Deb Smith, of Deerfield; a daughter-in-law, Holly Capobianco of Londonderry; four grandsons, Matthew Dionne, Zachary Capobianco, Nicholas Capobianco and Robert Carapellucci; a brother, Louis Chiappetta; and nieces and nephews.
SERVICES: A calling hour is Monday (9/8) from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. followed immediately at 10:30 a.m. by a funeral ceremony, all at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester. A cemetery committal will follow at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen.
