Phyllis Ann Caudill

Phyllis Ann Roark Caudill was born on April 29, 1941 in Laurel County, Kentucky. She is the daughter of the late Joel Washington Roark and Ester Logan Roark. She was untied in marriage to Ernest Caudill who preceded her in death. She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Ann Craig of Corbin, Kentucky, Kentucky; a son, Ralph Ernest Caudill and wife Shannon of London, Kentucky; five siblings, Barb Mitchell and husband Billy of Waynesburg, Kentucky; Mary Gaskins and husband Bill, Ray Roark, Cliff Roark and wife Glennie, James Roark and wife Mildred all of London, Kentucky; thirteen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two children, Donald Wayne Caudill, Sr. and James Lewis Caudill, five siblings, Virginia Davis, Floyd Roark, Edward Roark, Lloyd Tony Roark and Willie Roark.
Phyllis was a waitress, homemaker and of the Holiness faith.
Phyllis Ann Roark Caudill departed this life on Saturday, June 8, 2024 being 83 years, 1 month and 10 days of age.
The funeral service for Phyllis Ann Roark Caudill will be conducted at 12 noon Tuesday in the Bowling Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in McDaniel Cemetery in London.
The family of Phyllis Ann Roark Caudill will receive friends beginning at 6 pm Monday at Bowling Funeral Home.
