Phyllis Rae Courtney, 80, of Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City, surrounded by her loving family.
Phyllis was born on June 8, 1944, in Anadarko, Oklahoma, to Goldie and Ray Sink. She graduated from Anadarko High School in 1962 and later attended the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma (USAO). On January 21, 1972, she married the love of her life, Glen Courtney.
