Phyllis Donnelly-Ingold Obituary

(nee Beswick), age 85, longtime resident of Bratenahl and recent resident of Chagrin Falls, passed away peacefully on October 22, 2025. Beloved wife of the late John H. Ingold and the late John V. Donnelly; loving step-mother of Deirdre, Sean and Patrick Donnelly; grandmother of Brendan, Kevin, Sean, Eileen and Kera; sister of Graeham Christian Beswick and the late Rosamond Louise Rusnak and the late Warren Beswick; aunt of many nieces and nephews. Phyllis was a longtime educator and charitable fundraiser. All services privately held. Donations graciously accepted in Phyllis' memory to The English Speaking Union, Development Dept., 144 E. 39th St., New York, NY 10016 ATTN: Cleveland Ohio Branch. Dear Deirdre and family,
I first met Phyllis and your dad when I came to Bratenahl and they had my parents and me over to their beautiful home. Phyllis was always the consummate entertainer, giving her all to so many worthy causes. Hers was a life well lived. You have our thoughts, prayers and deepest sympathies.
