Phyllis's celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, August 31st at 1:30PM at Westfield Evangelical Free Church, 568 Southwick Rd., Westfield. Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Westfield Evangelical Free Church, or the Vantage of Westfield Employees Fund, 60 East Silver Street, Westfield, MA 01085.
