PHYLLIS ANN KING
Phyllis A. King, 91, of Cass City died peacefully Sunday morning, October 19, 2025 in Timberline Lodge, Caro. She was born March 15, 1934 in Cass City to Vern and Beatrice (Swinson) Little. She married George W. King on March 12, 1960 in Cass City. He died August 10, 2009.
Phyllis retired from Walbro after forty years of dedicated service. A woman of many talents, she pursued numerous hobbies throughout her life. Phyllis enjoyed woodcarving, wood burning, quilting, clogging, and jewelry making, but her greatest passion was painting. She also loved spending time outdoors, especially when she was fishing.
Phyllis is survived by her son, Don (Mary Lou) King of Cass City; daughter, Karen (Ron) Turner of Cass City; son-in-law, Jim Daley of Kingston; grandchildren: Shannon Stafford, Courtney (Greg) Sturtevant, Aaron Daley, Wade (Whitney) Daley, Drew (Kelsey) King, Larrisa King; seven great grandchildren and one on the way; sister, Jackie Warju; brother, Tom (Norjean) Little. She is preceded in death by husband, George and her daughter, Kathy Daley.
Graveside service held Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in Novesta Township Cemetery with Brad Speirs of Novesta Church of Christ officiating. Memorials may be made to Novesta Church of Christ or Timberline Lodge.
