Phyllis Macdougall, age 60 of Munfordville, Ky passed away Saturday, July 12, 2025 at her home. She was a retired CNA from Sky Rehab. She enjoyed dancing and spending time with her family.
She is the daughter of the late Patricia Spinks Poteet and Raymond Douglas Poteet of Brownsville, KY.
She is preceded in death by her son, Steven MacDougall.
She is survived by her life partner, David Lawlis, Munfordville, KY; her two children, Shane Macdougall of Hawaii and Laura Macdougall of Henderson, KY; one grandson, Joseph Macdougall; a granddaughter, Laurae Macdougall; her brother, Gene Poteet; her aunt, Brenda Spinks, also survives.
The family will welcome friends from 11:00 AM- 1:00 PM CT on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM CT on Thursday, July 17, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home with Rev. K.T. Ford officiating. Burial will follow at the Woodsonville Memorial Gardens.
