Phyllis D. Monahan, 86, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away peacefully Sunday, August 11, 2024, at her home.
Phyllis was born December 5, 1937 in DeKalb, Missouri.
Phyllis was a bookkeeper for many years, working at Cargill and Crouse Motors.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Monahan; father, Thomas E. Reagan; mother, Olive E. (Lamanski) Ramsel; son-in-law, Roger L. Brock; sisters, Betty Rhoades and Mary Fulton; and grandson, John W. Stanton.
Survivors include son, Stephen Monahan of St. Joseph; two daughters, Katherine T. Stanton and husband Paul of Lowell, Arkansas, and Kelly A. Brock of Forest City, Missouri; six grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; brother, Dennis Reagan of DeKalb, Missouri; twin sister, Lillis Schott of Lake Panasoffkee, Florida; and several nieces and nephews.
