Phyllis Ann (Johnson) Noe, 81, of Odessa, Missouri passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at Anew Health and Rehabilitation in Odessa, MO surrounded by family.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Calvary Baptist Church, 7995 Outer Rd., Odessa, MO, 64076. A time of fellowship will immediately follow in the Calvary Baptist Fellowship Hall. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Calvary Baptist Church Building Fund or the Martha L. Phyllis was born on August 22, 1942, in Lexington, Missouri, to Wesley B. and Martha L. (Dyer) Johnson. She graduated in 1960 from Odessa High School in Odessa, MO. Phyllis was united in marriage to Michael Jay Noe on June 30, 1960. She retired in 2002 from Farmland Industries in Kansas City, MO where she worked as an Executive Administrative Assistant. Phyllis was a longtime member of Calvary Baptist Church, as well as the Sweet Adelines, and My Sister’s Heart. She was also the church pianist for Calvary Baptist for many years as well as sang in the choir. Phyllis loved traveling, sewing, quilting, and spending time with her family and friends.
Phyllis is survived by her husband of 63 years, Michael Noe of Odessa, MO; two daughters, Jannie (Joey) Kleoppel of Odessa, MO and Kristy (Bill) Harvey of Odessa, MO; a daughter-in-law, Sheryl Noe of Hallsville, Texas; eight grandchildren, Josh (Amy) Noe, Jack (Ashley) Noe, Tia (Nahowan) Saxon, Nick (Amanda) Kleoppel, Nathan Kleoppel, Austin (Roberta) Harvey, Bryson (Kasey) Harvey, Michaela (Christian) Hotchkin; 16 great-grandchildren, Jayden, Atticus, Lincoln, Payton, Maiya, Paisley, Raelyn, Paxton, Harper, Evelyn, Kinsley, Finnegan, Aubree, Olivia, Jackson, and Genevieve; two brothers, Bill (Jadi) Johnson of Williamsburg, Virgina, and Kevin (Karen) Johnson of Hastings, Nebraska; and many relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, Phyllis was preceded in death by a son, Jeff Noe; and a great-granddaughter, Layla Rae Kleoppel.
