Phyllis Ann (Gooch) Sacco, age 88 of Ft Lauderdale, Florida peacefully passed away on Saturday December 3rd 2022.
Beloved mother of Sharon Rotondi and her husband Larry of Stoneham MA, son James Farrell and wife Cheryl of Wakefield MA. Loving grandmother of Jaime Farrell and his wife Concetta of NY, Christina Farrell and the late Jason Farrell, Justin Rotondi and wife Christina, Jaclyn Rotondi all of MA. Phyllis was one of eight children and leaves behind sisters, June Materese of FL, Gail Coulombe of AZ, brother Allen Gooch of LA, and the late Paul Gooch, Kenneth Gooch, Neal Gooch all of MA. Her late cherished brother Robert Gooch of ME. Phyllis also loving leaves behind five great granddaughters.
Phyllis had a love for travel and moved from Massachusetts to Florida in 1975. She was employed by Broward Hospital for several years before she retired. She devoted her free time reading to ill children in the cancer unit at Broward Hospital. She will be dearly missed by all.
A Mass at St. Patrick's Church in Stoneham MA will be on Sunday the 12th of March at 12:00 pm.
