Thank you for sharing the service so we could share in the celebration that was her life. Oh the hours we've spent, traipsing around new and exciting cities! Wherever there was an ADA meeting (or MDA Meeting), we could count on exploring the sights together. Phyllis was up for everything--food tours, walking tours, shopping expeditions, and meandering throughout the dental events and venues. We always managed to find one another during our dental travels, so we could plan our agenda. She always had a smile and a gleam in her eye--up for experiencing everything we could sign up for.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Roger, and your entire family.

I am deeply saddened with the loss of my beloved cousin Phyllis. I had a special bond with her since my dad and her mother were twins, Laura and Laurence Crooks. I am so blessed that we were able to get together in September with her and Roger. My heartfelt sympathy to you Roger, and the entire family. Gail (Crooks) Alexander
