Phyllis Still Obituary
Phyllis was a beautiful soul and she will be painfully missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
Phyllis is survived by her mother, Wanda Armstrong, her daughters, Jennifer Ruff and Victoria Hook, her grandson, Nikolas Hook, her ex-husband Norman Hook, and her step-siblings, Rick Armstrong, Randy Armstrong, and Adina Armstrong. Phyllis is preceded in death by her father, Theodore Webb, her stepfather, William Armstrong, and her two brothers, Gary Webb and Robin Webb.
The family has decided to wait until after the holidays to celebrate her life, so services will be announced at a later date.
