Phyllis J. Tiller Pyatt

Phyllis J. Tiller Pyatt age 72, of Rockford, TN., formerly of Knoxville, went peacefully at her home to be with Jesus on Thursday, October 6, 2022. She worked as a Registered Respiratory Therapist at UT Medical Center for 30 years. She loved her family and friends dearly. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred E. Lane, husband of 50 years, Edward R. Tiller, and son, William M. Tiller. She is survived by husband, Gregory H. Pyatt, son and daughter-in-law, David and Sharon Tiller, daughter and son-in-law, Amanda Scarbrough and Adam Chaney, 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 11, 2022 at Rose Funeral & Cremation Broadway from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm, immediately followed by a 7:00 pm funeral service officiated by Pastor Michael Sexton. Family and friends will meet on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 at 10:15 am at Rose Funeral & Cremation Broadway and travel in procession to Greenwood Cemetery for an 11:00 am interment service.
