Placida "Quintie" Montoya born September 9, 1935, passed away on February 9, 2026, at the age of 90. Quintie was proceeded in death by her husband Benito Montoya, son Glen Montoya, grandson Victor Montoya and granddaughter Jackie Bengfort. She is survived by her children Yvonne Bengfort (Chris) Len Montoya (Roberta) Ben Montoya (Dori) Wanda Bengfort, Liz Montoya, John Montoya, Matt Montoya. She was also survived by 13 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on March 6, 2026, from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Riverside Funeral Home Chapel, located at 225 San Mateo Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87108. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery at 1:30 pm. Mt. Calvary Cemetery is located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
