Porfiria Hernandez Obituary

Porfiria "Pilar" Piñon Hernández, 74, of Bakersfield, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2026. Born in Mexico on September 15, 1951, she moved to the U.S. in 1967. She was the heart of her home, known for her selflessness and for ensuring everyone was cared for before herself.
Pilar was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfredo (2020). She is survived by her four children: Sonia, Alfredo, Carlos, and Eric; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Viewing held on February 22, from 5 - 8 PM at 710 Tarrace Way. She will be greatly missed.
