Porsha Ivey Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Revels Funeral Home - Lumberton on Sep. 28, 2025.

Publish in a newspaper

Porsha Ivey, born on May 18, 1991, in Lumberton, NC was taken from us on September 28, 2025, in Bishopville, SC due to domestic violence. She was the beloved daughter of Timmy Ivey and Paulette Everette.

She was preceded in death by her Ma, Paulette Everette, her grandmother, Mary Everette and her grandfather, Robert (Bob) Duncan.

Porsha was a shining light in the lives of all who had the honor of knowing her. Her journey on this earth was marked by love, compassion and faith in God. Her passing has left a void in the hearts of her family, friends, and many more whose lives were touched by her. We ask that you remember her not for the way her life ended, but for the way it was lived, and for the profound impact it had on the lives of those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Porsha is survived by her five children whom she loved dearly and adored, Aiden Morgan, Ayriahana Morgan, Malial Scott, Aniya Scott and Derek Scott, Jr., her father, Timothy Ivey, her mama, Linda Ivey, three brothers, Brian Everette, Justin (Emily) Jacobs, and Samuel Locklear, two sisters, Destiny Ivey, and Ashley Ivey, two aunts, Deborah K (James) Cummings, Linda (Bobby) Troutman, and a host of nieces and nephews.
