Presley T. Derden

Presley Tate Derden passed on from this life on August 26th, 2025 leaving behind a legacy of love, creativity, strength & resilience. She was born in Corsicana, Texas on February 22, 2007. Though her time here was far too short, Presley's presence was larger than life and will remembered by all who knew her. Presley was a natural leader whose bright spirit lit up every room she entered. She loved crafting & art, constantly creating with her hands and bringing beauty into the world around her. Her laugh was contagious, her wit was sharp, and her spunky personality made her unforgettable. Thoughtful and independent, Presley always cared deeply for her loved ones and faced life with the heart of a true fighter. She is deeply loved and will be forever remembered by her mother, Rikki Ann Crawford & her stepfather Jason Michael Hussin; and her father Jeremy Shane Derden. Presley's memory also lives on in her siblings Kaylee Nicole Derden and Waylon Perry Derden, her grandparents Cynthia Crawford and the late William Tate Crawford, and Gary & Robbie Derden; and many aunts, uncles & cousins. A service honoring Presley's life will be held at Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home on September 4, 2025, at 4:00pm. Family & friends are invited to gather and celebrate the beautiful soul who touched so many lives. Presley's light, laughter, and love will forever remain in our hearts.
