Preston Charles Donald Brum

Preston was born on April 9, 2001, in Clovis, CA and was tragically taken from us at the age of 23 on January 10, 2025. He is proceeded in death by his Grandparents Donald & Markeeta Brum, Kirby & Dorothy Butts, Ernest & Helen Diffey & friend Nickie Valdez.
Preston was a 2019 graduate of Central Unified. After being mentored by a family friend, Preston enrolled and was a 2023 graduate of Northwestern Lineman College. His goal in life was to work for PG&E. While waiting for what he thought was his dream job to transpire, he found a new passion. He was given the opportunity by a family friend to become a Farm Equipment Mechanic for Fresno Equipment in Five Points. Preston fell in love with his job. He loved his work family and found a new career path. He had a bright future ahead of him.
Preston loved his life and lived it to the fullest. He loved his family and friends, especially loved being an uncle to Donald & Charlie. He enjoyed the outdoors. He was always hunting, fishing, or driving his razor usually with one of his best friends Harrison or Zack.
Preston's life was on track, and he had a great future ahead of him. He was a good man, loyal with a caring heart. He was loved by all who knew him and was well respected throughout our community.
Preston leaves behind his parents, Rusty & Cherra Brum, Grandparents, Charles & Janice Butts, Sister & brother-in-law Taylor & Donald Ornellas, Nephew Donald Ornellas Jr, Niece Charlie Ornellas and many aunts, uncles, cousins & especially friends.
A memorial service will be held for Preston on Saturday, February 22, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Northpointe Community Church Kerman located at Kerman High School Multi Purpose Room 205 South First Street Kerman, California 93630. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Northpointe Community Church Kerman or your favorite charity.
