In Loving Memory of
Quent Dowen Bruce
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Quent Dowen Bruce, a beloved son, husband, father, brother and friend, who left us unexpectedly on October 25th, 2024 at the age of 55. Though he battled health challenges for the past 11-12 years, he faced each day with resilience, bolstered by the love and support of his family and close friends.
A devoted husband to Tricia M. Bruce he was a selfless partner who would do anything for his family. He leaves behind two children, Chance Bruce and Tyler-Ann Bruce whom he adored and guided with all his heart. His sisters Dawana Dodson, Pam Hoffman and brother Shey Bruce, nephews Donnie , Mykael, Dustin, Christian, Coby, Cj, Jacob, Casey, Camden, Charlie and nieces Kristina, Sariad, Piper, Jaelynn and multiple great nieces and nephews. To his family, he was more than just a father or a husband; he was a source of strength, laughter, and wisdom. He is preceded in death by his mother Linda Bruce and his father Ronnie Bruce.
Words fall short in describing how truly exceptional he was. His kindness, warmth, and humor touched the lives of everyone who knew him. Despite the battles he faced, he remained a constant source of love, always finding a way to lift up those around him.
As we mourn his loss, we find comfort in knowing he is finally at peace. We will forever cherish the time we had with him and carry his memory with us each day. The family asks for prayers during this difficult time as we navigate life without him.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sun Lakes Community Church, 9240 E. Sun Lakes Boulevard N, Sun Lakes, AZ 85248 with a reception to follow at the Granado residence.
