Quentin Jerel Conley, age 50, of Marion, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at his residence.
Born on September 24, 1975, in McDowell County, Quentin was the son of James Conley and the late Rachel Logan Conley.
Quentin will be remembered for his warm spirit and great sense of humor. Known as a jokester, he had a natural ability to bring laughter to those around him. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, brother, son, and grandfather who cherished time spent with his family above all else. Quentin was an avid Carolina Panthers fan and enjoyed grilling, cooking, fishing, and playing Madden football. A dedicated father, he consistently supported his children and encouraged them to always do their best.
In addition to his father, those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife, Kassandra Conley; his four children, Kala Conley, Skyla Conley, Aniya Conley, and Adias Conley; four brothers, Junior Conley, Steve Conley (Cassandra), Bryan Conley, and Chris Conley; three sisters, Cheryl Greene, Sharon Means, and Lavinia Conley; two beloved grandchildren, Mason Hensley and A’Ohana Griffith; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and cousins.
A funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, January 18, 2026, at the Beam Funeral Service Celebration Center, with Reverend Michael Smith officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 2:00 p.m., one hour prior to the service, at the Celebration Center.
