Rachel Mary Berg, born on January 9, 1962, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, was a devoted wife, loving mother, and a true champion of strength and grace. She peacefully passed away surrounded by family and close friends on November 13, 2025, in Tega Cay, South Carolina. Her last moments were filled with love, a testament to the life she lived.

Rachel met her husband, Scott Berg while living in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They were devoted to one another and grew in love for the Lord and eventually both worked for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association for many years, causing them to relocate to the Carolinas. Rachel traveled the world with the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, handling special guest coordination and accounting. She later served Harvest Capital, LLC as an accountant for her last 15 years of employment.

Rachel was very creative and talented in many arenas. She loved baking wedding cakes, catering, providing any help she could with her sons sporting events, and especially serving her home congregation, Hope of Israel. In her free time, she loved creating things that would bless people.

Rachel will be remembered for being a true lover of the Lord, using her gifts to glorify His Name and establish deep meaningful relationships with others. Her love language was serving and welcoming others with open arms. She always stated that God is sovereign and God is good.

She is survived by her loving husband, Scott Berg; her sons, Zachary Titus Berg and Kyle Scott Berg, along with her three grandchildren, Reagan, Austin, and Gavin.

A Celebration of Life memorial service will be held on Friday, November 28 at 2:00pm at Hope of Israel, 11630 Elm Lane, Charlotte, North Carolina.
