Rachel Richardson, 87 of Mozelle, KY, passed away on October 7, 2025 at Beech Tree Rehab in Jellico, TN. She was born on September 6, 1938 to the late Silus and China Sizemore Brown. Rachel was a retired elementary school teacher, having taught in the state of Ohio for 30 years. She enjoyed gardening and nature.
Ms. Richardson is preceded in death by her Parents; Son, Clinton Richardson; Brothers, Earl Brown and Ernest Brown; Sisters, Goldie Brown and Edna Brown Crouse.
Rachel is survived by her Grandson, Jack Dillon Richardson of Trotwood, OH; Special Nieces and Nephews, John Crouse, Nancy Ball and Phillip Banks; A host of several other Nieces and Nephews, Family and Friends also survive.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11, 2025 in the Chapel of Mount Pleasant Funeral Home from 11AM to 1PM. Funeral Services will begin at 1PM also in the Chapel. Burial will follow at the Brown Family Cemetery in Mozelle with Family and Friends serving as pallbearers.
