Rachel Elizabeth Willener passed away on November 9th, 2025. She was born in Viroqua, Wisconsin in October of 1938, becoming the youngest child of Helmer and Mabel Holter. She spent her cherished youth on a dairy farm. After graduating from Viterbo College, she served in the Army Medical Specialist Corps (AMSC) as a dietitian. John and she were married for fifty-six years before his passing in 2021.
Rachel is survived by Julie, Pamela, John Jr., Stephanie, Edward and their families. They celebrated her life in a private memorial service.
The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to her health care providers and Intermountain Health Hospice Home Services.
Sacred arrangements were entrusted to Aaron’s Mortuary, Ogden, Utah.
