Mr. Ralph Earl Biddix passed away June 5, 2024, He was born February 18, 1938, in McDowell County to the late Charles and Edna Head Biddix. Ralph served in the United States Navy from 1955 to 1959. He worked for Allen Industries erecting and maintaining signs and in later years owned his own sign maintenance business. Ralph loved classic cars and loved to drive his 1954 Chevy Truck and his1966 Mustang. He was an usher for ten years and a faithful member of Century Park Baptist Church.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his 1st wife Vera Knight Biddix, and 2nd wife Esqueritta Mansfield Biddix, two sons, Marty Martin and David Knight, one brother, and five sisters.  

Left to cherish his memory are eight children, Wayne Biddix (Doris), Russ Biddix (Leigh Ann), Debbie Knight (Lisa), Donnie Knight(Debbie) and Ronnie Knight (Brenda), Donna Hudson (Clay), Debbie Martin, and Doug Martin, nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and his sister, Sherrill Branham and a special friend Nancy White.  

A funeral service will be held 5:00 pm Saturday, June 15, 2024, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel with Rev. Jeff Broadstreet officiating. No formal graveside service, Ralph’s final resting place will be at Mt. Gur Cemtery. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm to 4:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wounded Warriors www.support.woundedwarriorproject.org or St. Jude www.stjude.org
