Ralph James Billham, 89, of Steubenville, Ohio, passed away on November 18, 2025, at the Valley Hospice North Care Center. Ralph was born December 14, 1935, in Steubenville, Ohio, a son of the late John James & Marybelle "Mamie" Moran Billham. Ralph began his career as a young carpenter, which led him to a position with Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He was a proud veteran, serving in the National Guard.
Ralph was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Marie Billham. He is survived by three sons, James, Ralph & Ed; two grandchildren, Brittany & Cody, and three great-grandchildren, Leah, John & Westley.
Per Ralph's wishes, a private family service was held at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates.
