Ralph Connor Obituary
Ralph was born in Ossining, NY to the late Helen and Ralph Connor Sr. Mr. Connor graduated from Ossining High School and then went on to receive his bachelor's degree at Fordham University graduating in 1955. Ralph worked as a trusted pharmacist for 60 years in NY and SC. He served in the United States Army Reserves as a Captain, a volunteer firefighter for over 50 years, part of the Ossining Volunteer Ambulance Corp., President of the Rotary Club and the Sports Supporters Club in Ossining, NY. He enjoyed his retirement in Pawleys Island and spent his time volunteering for Tidelands Hospice and playing golf. Ralph was known for his great sense of humor, sharing funny stories and spending time with his family.
Mr. Connor was preceded in death by his late wife; Emelia B. Rotella Connor, a daughter; Kathleen Connor, a brother; John "Jack" Connor and a sister; Ellen Sorenson.
Ralph is survived by his wife of 44 years, Josephine Connor; daughters; Diane Tomasulo of NY and Kelly Boyce (Scot) of CT, a son; Michael Connor of NY, grandchildren; Jay Tomasulo, Dea Wolfert, Jessica Osso, Michael Connor Jr., eight great grandchildren, step-sons; Tommy Warner (Gayla) of TX, David (Mary) Warner of NY, Michael (Erin) Warner of FL and six step grandchildren.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 24th at 2pm at Precious Blood of Christ Church. Burial will take place in New York.
Memorial donations may be made to the Disabled American Veterans at www.help.dav.org
