Ralph Hall, 93, of Moultrie, passed away Friday, March 6, 2026, at his residence surrounded by family.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, March 7, 2026, at China Grove Baptist Church with the Reverend Doug Hall and the Reverend A. J. Hall officiating. Interment will follow at China Grove Church Cemetery. Don Moore, Ricky Moore, Jason Tillman, Jeff Lunsford, Bo Holder, and Scott Keith will serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church.
Mr. Hall was born on November 13, 1932, in Adel, Georgia, to Evan and Lula Hall. He was a lifetime farmer and also worked at Destiny Mobile Homes for 25 years as a tractor driver. Mr. Hall was an outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting and was an avid fisherman. He was known for his larger-than-life personality and always being the jokester. He was also known for his huge state record watermelons and his zipper peas. Mr. Hall could often be found in his garden or hauling his watermelons, peas, sugar cane or his most recent harvest to the farmers market. Mr. Hall was of the Baptist faith, a devoted husband and a true family man. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Eunice Tillman Hall; brother, Alvin Hall, and sister-in-law, Norene Hall.
Mr. Hall is survived by his son, Ralph Hall, Jr. and wife Jane; daughter, Gale Tucker and husband Marvin both from Moultrie; grandchildren, Alisha Hall Cheek and husband Jeff of Eastman, GA, and Chris Tucker and Joni Parker of Moultrie; one great grandchild, Jake Tucker of Pelham; brothers, Marcus Hall and wife Lena of Eastman, GA, Emerson Hall and wife Sandra of Centerville, GA, and Reverend A.J. Hall and wife Bessie of Pelham, GA.; sister, Bobbie Hall Lott and husband Junior of Carrolton, GA.
The family would like to give a special thank you to Colquitt Regional Hospice, Lindsey Bryant and Caregiver, Kathy James. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to China Grove Baptist Church.
