Ralph was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and his grandchildren were his pride and joy. He was known for his strong work ethic from a small child on his family farm up until he became completely disabled. His priority was providing for his family and always made sure that his family was taken care of. One of his favorite things to do was to perform neighborhood watch from the comfort of his front porch.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Esther Huskey; sisters, Lena Dockery; and Louise Ownby; brother, Ray Huskey; and Jerry Huskey.
He is survived by his wife, Louise Whitlock Huskey; daughter, Angela and BJ Sherwood of Dandridge, and sons, Dwayne and Sherena Huskey of Newport, Paul and Jennifer Huskey of Newport. Granddaughters Sheena (Michael) Fletcher, Maddie Grooms, Mariah (J. Patrick) Dishner, Grandsons Marc (Kimberly) Huskey, Ian (Courtney) Huskey, Logan Huskey, Great Grandsons Waylon Huskey, Judah Fletcher, Great Granddaughters Adelynn Fletcher, and KoraMae Huskey.
The Graveside Funeral Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025, at Fowler Cemetery. Burial will follow in the Fowler Cemetery in Cosby, TN.
Family and friends may sign the guest register online at www.manesfuneralhome.com.
