Ralph Stobbs Obituary

Ralph C. Stobbs, age 86, of Logan, Ohio, passed away June 27, 2025, at his residence.

Ralph was born March 23, 1939, in New Straitsville, Ohio to Harry Stobbs and Ruth Forester Stobbs. He served in the U.S. Army; retired from Hordis Brothers in Lancaster; after retiring he enjoyed working for Ed Green Electric Company in Logan; life member of the Eagles, Amvets, American Legion; member of the 40 and 8 Club in Lancaster; and had many friends and great neighbors.

Surviving are his son, Brian (Jacqueline) Stobbs of Logan; grandchildren, Connor Mackenzie (Josh), and Colt Ryan (Sarah); and great-grandchildren, Henry, Owen, Kage, and Bella. Along with many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Ralph was preceded in death by his parents; wife of nearly 50 years, Brenda Lou (Proctor) Stobbs, who passed away April 3, 2015; son, Ralph Edward Stobbs; sister, Jackie Sullivan; and brothers, Robert Stobbs and Gary Schneck.

The Hocking County Honor Guard will conduct Military Graveside services at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at New Straitsville Cemetery, New Straitsville, Ohio.

Ralph's family wishes to extend their deepest appreciation to FairHoPe Hospice and Palliative Care for the wonderful support they provided for Ralph.

Arrangements are by the Heinlein-Brown Funeral Home, Logan, Ohio.
