Ralph Vanderpool left this earth on February, 26, 2012 at Maury Regional Medical Center. Ralph was a fun, whitty and kind hearted man who was undeniably loved by every person that was ever blessed to know him. He was the owner of Hester and Pulaski Battery company for 59 years. Ralph's good heart was evident in his smile and good deeds. Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 28th from 4:00 to 7:00 at Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow on Wednesday, February 29th at 12:00pm in Giles Memory Gardens with Bro. Mark Johnson officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are suggested to the Giles County High Football Team in Ralph's name in care of Giles County High School. 200 Sheila Frost Dr. Pulaski, Tn. 38478 He was preceded in death by, son, Jimmy Vanderpool. His parents Reefer and Robbie Davis Knowles Vanderpool and his sister Reba Pedigo. He is survived by his, wife of 65 years, Dot Vanderpool of Pulaski son, Bobby Vanderpool of Pulaski, granddaughter, Stacie Vanderpool Potts and husband Jimmy of Tullahoma grandson, Knox Vanderpool and wife Brooke Jett Vanderpool of Pulaski sister, Joyce Badger and husband Bob of Lebanon, Tn. sister, Loyce Bradshaw and husband Charlie of Lebanon great-grandchildren, Ashton and Braxdon Potts, and Jett Vanderpool and several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. Bennett-May-Giles County Funeral Home, LLC in charge of arrangements for Ralph Vanderpool.
